ABOUT GOSIA:
Gosia Ornowska started painting as a child, and it has been her passion ever since. She went to secondary schools specialising in art and then went on to higher art education. Since her student days she has participated in exhibitions in different countries and found buyers in Europe and the US. She is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden. Ornowska considers herself a colorist; in many of her work you find a wealth of different nuances. Another element of great importance to her is light. She paints in both figurative and nonfigurative styles. Gosia’s inspiration comes from many different sources, such as impressions from walks in nature, meetings with other people, reflections about society and confrontations with her inner self.
