JOSHUA’S ART STATEMENT:
I began to delve into abstract expressionism when I was in my 20s; and soon found pour and drip to be my most fluid techniques when painting. Giving me the best idea of both therapy and expressionism. Starting with simple acrylic, I soon grew found of using enamel latex paints and aerosol paints as a combined or sole medium. Black and white dots found me as a way to finish my painting. For some reason I normally only use white primer on canvas before exploring mediums. I have a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and wish to study Fine Art in the future. I am excited to exhibit and sell my art pieces worldwide. My favorite artist is Jackson pollock. Although my art once consumed me, I have found sobriety from substances as a late.
