GLEN’S ART STATEMENT:
In My Work, I attempt to depict an internal and external environment which fluctuates and develops in reflection to fleeting thoughts, memories, and the rhythm that intertwines the threads of consciousness we exist in. I try to capture motion in stillness, whilst still in motion, so in effect, the image has to have a life force of its own. As these angles of inner reality cross over to reality itself, they become an ephemeral glimpsed part of an awareness. It is here where there is a chance to ‘feel’ and define the essence of what is real and what an existence of emotional awareness is, and that this doesn’t really exist as a complete comprehension, and is always shifting and developing. Evolution is internal as well as external. We evolve and are evolution itself.
