TERMS & CONDITIONS

COLLABORATION TERMS: 

– The online art gallery is the official platform through which the artists will sell their art to the customer, and thus the gallery is the guarantor of the right of the customers before the artists and the guarantor of the right of the artists in front of the customers

– The platform earns 20 percent of the price of each artwork sold.

– The number of artworks is not limited, but the number of artworks, in the beginning, should not be less than 7 Artworks.

– The platform offers customers and art collectors registered. 5 percent discount on the price of each artwork.

– There is no exclusivity on the artworks exhibited by the gallery, artists can exhibit or sell their artworks anywhere else at the same time, the gallery reserves the right to the artworks displayed only when the purchase order is filled out on the website or the purchase is made by a customer or art collector registered at the gallery

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS: 

– The artwork must be original and signed by the artists.

– Artworks must be real, owned by the artist, and he/she has all powers to dispose of them.

–  Artwork must not be broken, damaged, or damaged that does not appear in the photos. 

– Artwork does not have to be digital.
 

– The artists must be an adult, and they have every capacity to sell their art themselves.

– The artists are obligated to send the artwork to the customer as it is in the pictures and description.

– The artists should not use the platform for illegal purposes, or suspicious operations.

TERMS OF USE: 

–  The platform is based on purchasing directly from artists.
 
– The artists receive purchase orders filled out on the website by customers directly to their e-mail.
 
– The platform processes orders submitted by customers with artists and they are answered in less than 48 hours.
 
– The platform receives the commission from the artists. for the artwork sold, after the sale process is completely completed.
 
– The commission for the platform is deducted from the final price, after deducting all necessary deductions, shipping, discounts, etc…
 

– The artists are the ones who price their artworks. The price that is displayed is the original price of the artwork, which does not include any additions or other costs to the price.

– The shipping and all other costs are paid by the customer, when the customer fills out the purchase order, shipping costs are automatically added to the original price of the artwork, depending on the location where the customer is located.

– The artists who want to exhibit their artworks with free shipping in their countries, in their region, or worldwide, and who wish to pay all additional expenses themselves, the platform gives them the right to price their works and exhibit them according to their desire
 
– The platform provides artists with an online shop/page from its website, artists can put the link of this shop/page on their social media bio, to display their available artworks.
 
– All new artists registered in the gallery are introduced on our Instagram page, to introduce them to the gallery’s followers and visitors via Instagram. This is done by posting the artist’s picture, introduction about him/her, and a collection of his / her works, mentioning the name of the artist’s page on Instagram, and tagging his/her account name on Instagram, and the artist must be aware of this.
 
– The artist’s artworks are posted periodically on our Instagram page to promote them and make them always visible to our new visitors and potential customers, mentioning the name of the artist’s page on Instagram, and tagging his/her account name on Instagram, and the artist must be aware of this.
